- CCora AizzaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined todayThe restaurant is well lit. Our hostess was lovely and congratulated us on our anniversary. Our waiter, Levi, did a great job letting me know what options I had based on my food allergies. He was able to set aside one ingredient that I was allergic to so that if my husband wanted to have it on his dish he could. All our dish choices were tasty. My favorite was the Caesar salad. It had a nice char flavor, the crisp texture of the capers added a savoriness on top of the parmigiana. We ordered the half rotisserie chicken and pork tenderloin with two sides, the maple roasted carrots and the oyster mushrooms. All the dishes were tasty. Our dessert was amazing as well, crisp texture of the farmer’s fritter, with the center almost custard like texture, soft. We also appreciated that our dessert was complimentary to help us celebrate our anniversary.More infoFarm & FirePrice: Moderate• Canadian• Banff•4.7

Decided to go with the omakase (Chef's Choice), and was treated to a 5 course meal that was incredibly well done. - CCora AizzaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur experience from making the reservation and making adjustments to the time was so easy and the hostess was very accommodating. We have been on the road and this trip is our anniversary trip celebrating our marriage. The steering was a great spot where we could view the outside as well as see the fireplace and view the kitchen. The staff had left a cheers to our anniversary card on our table, very thoughtful. Our waitress, Christine, was absolutely wonderful. She made great recommendations and made sure that my food allergies did not affect my ability to enjoy the dishes. She made sure our servers explained every dish and what was safe for me to enjoy and the other dishes that had ingredients that I was allergic to, she made sure it was deconstructed so I could still enjoy the dish and my husband could enjoy the dish with the accoutrements. The steak was perfectly cooked. My husband and I ordered it medium rare but he asked for it to be a little bit on the medium side so there was A crisp on the outside layer but still pink/red in the center. I would also like to add that the carrot cake, by far the best we have had.More infoBluebird Woodfired Steakhouse & FonduePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Banff•4.6
