- MMerylvipNew York City •73 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoService was good. Food is consistently good. Salads were a tiny bit bigger this visit and we appreciated that very much. From the special truffle menu, the cacio e pepe was outstanding, creamy and terrific. My only complaint: every time we go, there is no warm water in the ladies room, the water is so cold it actually hurts to wash my hands. I thought we were trying to encourage people to wash their hands. There is an electric eye so the water shuts off automatically, so certainly it can’t be a conservation issue. - RRosavipNew York City •93 reviews5.0Dined on 16 Nov 2024The last time I ate at this location (pre-Nico), it was noisy, and overpriced, with mediocre food and poor service. What a delight to be at Nico’s - lovely soft music, tables placed a comfortable distance from each other to minimize the noise, excellent and pleasant service, and good food at reasonable (by today’s standards) prices. Sorry I avoided coming here before an NJPAC performance for so long!More infoNico Kitchen & Bar - NewarkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Newark•4.3
