Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Charlottesville

Everything was incredibly delicious! Our server was attention and knowledgeable, the food was fresh and over the top satisfying, and we all had an experience we will remember for a long time. Thank you!

This is a regular stop when I have to come into town for work. It’s just hard to get a reservation when the patio is closed (aka the winter!). Always get the filet and it is yet to disappoint (4 times and counting). There sauces are good - but the salt flakes are amazing. Highlights and compliments the natural flavors. Tried some new sides - both excellent. The mushroom ragot was great, but don’t need to get it again. The brussel sprouts were amazing and rivaled the smashed potatoes (my personal favorite). I will definitely be getting them again. If you like steak in a relaxed atmosphere, you will like this restaurant.

Our food was yummy-the tonkatsu ramen was savory and filling. The appetizers of dumplings and bok choy were very tasty as well. Unfortunately, the evening we went seemed to be family night and there were several kids jumping on the cushions for the Japanese style seating and loudly playing around the tables. Pretty annoying when you are trying to enjoy a nice dinner and conversation.

This is a fun, casual neighborhood gem! If we lived here, we definitely would be regular customers. They have an innovative cocktail list with items as potent as they are tasty. All of the food from appetizers to entrees to desserts were delicious and full of flavor. And the friendly, engaging, attentive service was the topper to a great dining experience!

Love this outpost in C’ville. Almost can imagine sitting in Paris. Bar service is exceptional.
