Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Clarington

Came to celebrate for a birthday! Service, food and night was great! Although it was super loud

Always great to see the staff at Baxter’s. Pernov was a great host, we chatted as he showed us to our table. Dinner was awesome, we enjoyed the Beef Tenderloin Rigatoni, it was very delicious! Zivian made sure that we were well taken care of! Chef Drew took time out of his busy schedule to chat for a few minutes! Great service as usual!

Great food and service! Abbey (spelling may be wrong; sorry) was excellent! We waited a few minutes before being greeted by her, but it was busy and she apologized for the short wait. Beyond that, all the servers were friendly, attentive, and if they may have forgot something simple: they apologized right away and made it right. The food was also delicious as well. Only complaint was the many lights near us kept flickering aggressively every now and then. Otherwise, thank you for a great dinner experience! Will be back!

We arrived at Pearson Airport at 10:00 PM and had a 10:30 reservation for dinner. We felt extremely lucky to be able to find a restaurant willing to take a 10:30 reservation. We ordered our food and drinks quickly and our orders came quickly as well. We ate but did not feel rushed. I had the grilled octopus and truffle cassava frita. The octopus was pretty pricy at $33 but was very tasty and the sauce was phenomenal. The fried cassava was pretty dense and cut pretty thick. I would have preferred if the pieces were a bit smaller. They were a bit on the bland side but dipped in the sauce, they were quite tasty.

I had the steak Ceasar salad and my hubby had messy fish sandwich. He was going to have a burger and I told him to try the messy fish because it's my favourite. He really liked it. Service was great. My favourite Kelsey's.
