Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Lee's Summit

Ryan took good care of us! Much appreciated. A little noisy in our section, but mainly because of one loud couple. Would love to see a better selection of wine by the glass for such a nice restaurant. There wasn’t even one California Chardonnay to choose from. Thank you, Carolyn Loew

We have been going to the Lee's Summit location since 2023, and all aspects of Cooper's Hawk are amazing, including the food, service, and ambiance. Love all the gifts available to purchase for wine lovers in the wine tasting room. We went for Valentines dinner recently. Although we had reservations, we did have to wait a bit as it was very busy. The wait, however, was not bad at all with complimentary glasses of wine and places to sit if needed. We had the great server, Tim again, who was attentive, funny, and even sang happy birthday to my husband. The food and whole experience truly make it 5 stars for us!

This was our first time there and I decide to make reservations there for Valentine’s Day. The check in process was fast and easy, the server Andrew was on his game the whole night. Checked in periodically and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept us up to date on food and drinks and made sure our food was cooked just the way we like it.

The atmosphere was great, and the waitress was attentive and pleasant. My steak could have been warmer. It was on Valentines Day, so they were busy. The first time we visited a couple weeks ago all the food was excellent and at a great temperature.

It was amazing from beginning to end. Gaspar was the most professional server we've ever encountered. We enjoyed the lobster and crab cake, the KC Strip au poivre, and the seared scallops and lobster risotto. The blackberry sidecar was the cocktail of choice. The whole experience was luxuriously decadent, and Gaspar was wonderful to make sure our anniversary was so special. Thank you all!
