Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Oregon

We had a great first experience at Zafferano and will definitely be back! Appetizers: Gohbi Manchurian and samosa calzones. Both were excellent. My husband and I both preferred the Gohbi Manchurian and will order next time, too! I ordered the Masala Chicken Parmesan and it was fabulous. A generous portion, very juicy perfectly done chicken, and super flavorful tomatoey tikka masala sauce. Would get again! My husband got the veal shank osso bucco. It was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. He grew up on a veal farm, so it’s always great when we find veal prepared so well at a restaurant! Next time he wants to try the saag paneer pizza. For dessert, we shared the chai panna cotta which has excellent flavor. The texture was a little bit on the firmer side compared to other panna cottas I have had (not a good nor a bad thing, just an observation!) Overall, we were impressed by the speed, quality, and flavor of the food and will be back! Note on service: the kitchen was fast and food came out quickly and hot. Servers are still working out some kinks, and so we weren’t checked in on as frequently as I would like/sat with empty drinks for a while but I expect they’ll get that smoothed out with time and staffing adjustments!

Delicious craft cocktails and gourmet comfort food with a southern flair. Wonderful service too!

Even though the reservation was made more than 2 weeks ago and we could only get a 3:00 time slot— that was no big deal. We got a fantastic table on the 2nd floor, our server was a delight and very helpful, our food was incredible— just an all around wonderful Valentines Day “linner” (lunch/dinner)! It’s really no wonder it’s hard to get a table; this place is our favorite!

We enjoyed our meal at liberty Station. It was very busy and waiter seemed a little overwhelmed. Food was excellent. Salmon was great and the shrimp appie excellent. We did not care for the fries. Just bland.
