Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Portland

Great value for a quality meal! Definitely the taquitos.

We were very impressed with our server, who was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good, indeed the pan seared Haddock was exceptional. However, the room was so dark that all of us kept using our phone flashlights to see the menu and the food enters when they would arrive. When you can't enjoy seeing the food you are eating, the ambiance or mood lighting is TOO DARK.

Enjoyable meal. Great service. We had the nightly special Lobster Risotto. Very good, generous amount of lobster. I recommend this restaurant

Evo is a stand out restaurant in Portland, and one of the best overall experiences I've had in a very long time. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all on point. I highly recommend adding this to your list of must visit restaurants in Portland if you are looking for an excellent experience!
