- CChristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •62 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe loved the fun vibe and the beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, but we were a little disappointed in the food this time. The oysters were fabulous, but the squid appetizer that our Waiter recommended was only so so. It tasted too fishy/anchovy strong. My daughter ordered the miso cod, and although she liked it, she said it wasn’t what she expected (needed broth). I ordered the scallop appetizer which was good, but nothing special. My husband ordered the duck and he was happy with his selection. We’ve enjoyed some fabulous dinners at Waterbar, but we probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6

- JJoAnnVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a reservation ant 3pm and the restaurant was not full. However, it took over twenty minutes to seat us. No idea why. We came for the prime rib. Called ahead and were told it would be ready at 3:00 when dinner service began. It wasn’t. Once I ordered, I was told the prime rib was not ready. Fortunately, it was happy hour and once we had an appetizer (and waited an extra 25 minutes), I was able to get my prime rib. Food was good. Our server Kristin was fabulous, she made the whole experience enjoyable even with the issues with the kitchen. She is worth going back to the restaurant. Ambiance is good, water views beautiful.More infoHoratio'sPrice: Moderate• Seafood• San Leandro•4.6
- MMarySan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Oakland Bramble cocktail was delicious. The service was impeccable. It was a bit cold inside the restaurant. My Spanish tortilla could have been warmer. My husband was pleased his burger was delicious and fries fresh and portion large! The panna cotta for dessert was delicious.More infoLimewood Bar & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Unspecified• Berkeley•4.3
