- AAndreaVIPOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoDefinitely one of the better quality AYCE around!!! Service was great. They were very attentive. They have a system - there is a sign on the table that you turn if you need service. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Rolls were great and not too overloaded with heavy sauce. They are pretty strict with their eating time (1 1/2) but we were full at 1 hour and 15 and didn’t even order a 3rd round. Recommend going with at least four people to make sure you experience a greater variety of rolls as they don’t do half rolls. Make a reservation to limit your wait. Would definitely go back!!! Food was excellent, having a children’s menu was greatly appreciated, and our servers, Amber and Jessica, were outstanding…fun, professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable evening.More infoOrange Hill RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Orange•4.6
- RRitaVIPOrange County •14 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband, daughter and I had Christmas dinner at Mastro's. It was so crowded, I would have totally understood if the service or food was lacking... but to my surprise, everything was perfect! Service was amazing, food was just as wonderful as always. The restaurant was lively and festive. Once again, dining here was a great experience. Definitely pricey, but worth it for a special occasion!!More infoMastro's Steakhouse - Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Costa Mesa•4.7
- DDavidOrange County •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our first time eating here. I had been at this location when it used to be Scott's Seafood. It has been renovated and the food is much better to my liking. It's all about the seafood, although they have beef too. We ordered 3 entrees... Sable fish in a spicy broth with thin soba noodles. The fish was a large portion and thick too. Scampi with parpadelle pasta. Wow, the shrimp were large and the pasta is one on my favorites with the sauces soaking all the flavors into the pasta. Cioppino was my favorite. It had prawns, salmon, white fish, calamari, clams, mussels all in the most favorable warm broth. We brought a bottle of champagne with us and they don't charge a corkage fee. Wow, can't wait to return again. The service was spot on. Our server was attentive and personable.
