Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Wailea

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jay during our visit at the bar, and he is truly the best bartender we've ever encountered! From the moment we sat down, Jay’s warm and welcoming energy made us feel right at home. He has an incredible knack for reading his guests and crafting personalized cocktails that not only taste amazing but are beautifully presented. Jay’s knowledge of mixology is unmatched. He didn’t just make drinks—he created an experience. Beyond his talent, Jay has a genuine personality that makes him stand out. His quick wit, engaging stories, and effortless professionalism turned our evening into something truly special to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his craft, and it shows in every detail. If you're lucky enough to be served by Jay, you're in for a treat. We can’t recommend him highly enough and can’t wait to return for another round of his incredible cocktails and outstanding hospitality the next time we come to Maui !

This was our first time at Lineage and it did not disappoint. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with the bartenders and staff. Everyone was friendly, sociable and fun. A shoutout to management for their hiring selections and menu choices. We will strongly recommend Lineage to anyone who wants a genuine eating experience.

They made an effort to set the table we requested. Did not happen but close to the area I would like. Very pleased with the expanded HH foods. All of our selections were very flavourful. And generous.

Staycation at Wailea Beach Resort. Excellent friendly service as always by Carlos, with support from Malani. Quality local produce in the tasty Kula greens salad with a crunch of almonds, granola, honey. Beef gyoza were yummy. Loved the surf/turf combo on the Prix Fixe: salmon and short rib. The best mashed potato! Baby vegetables cooked al dente. And of course, classic Roy's hot chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream (we've been enjoying this dessert for 30 years). A great evening with a great service and kitchen team! Mahalo!
