Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Windsor

All dishes were delicious, and beautifully presented. The frito misto was a great way to start. Unfortunately they ran out of clams so only one of our party was able to enjoy the spicy clams with linguine. Our server, Katie, was delightful!

We had a good experience once we sat at our table, it could have been better with how they call you for your table.. I used my landline phone number when I made the reservation. Our reservation time came and went and it was so noisy inside even if they had called out my name, I would not have been able to hear it.. I finally go up and ask how much longer and was told they had already "called" me.. They need a better system of paging people to come to the hostess podium when their tables are ready. Plus the crowd around the Hostess podium would have been dangerous if there had been an emergency. You literally could not get in the door as people were crowding in trying to either get to the bar or the hostess podium

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Matheson. The ambience was sexy and relaxing; the food was delicious. Overall, it was great.

First time to get to have lunch outside... always a treat. What I love about Charlies is one place I know I can get my burger/steak cooked rare!

The restaurant was very busy. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We shared a wedge salad which was still huge even though we had shared it! The shrimp and sausage risotto and short rib were amazing! Huge servings!
