Best Lunch Restaurants in West Buechel

Greeted as soon as we entered. Seating was prompt and perfect. I don’t think there is a bad table ! Calamari was delicious especially the sauce. Scallops were cooked perfectly as was the lamb. Perfect size portions for lunch. Their standard of excellence continues. We had an excellent Xmas lunch. I have been away too long.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The ambience is elegant, but old school although I have been here many times the food seems better than ever. It was very busy when we were there so the service was a little slow, but attentive and knowledgeable all the same. This is clearly a top five restaurant in Louisville 

Rebecca’s service was outstanding and the host at the door was very accommodating as well. The atmosphere was laid back yet sophisticated. The food was delicious. We had the crab cakes, porterhouse steak and blackened salmon. It was all outstanding!

It was our second time to Kaelin’s tonight and the food was just as good as the first time! This is going to become one of our staple restaurants!

The Cafe never disappoints. We visited today as our office Christmas lunch. Everyone was pleased with their selections. A couple got dessert to take home, and we had enough space for all 7 of us at our reserved table. the noise level was a big high, but not so much as to be offensive. Its just harder to carry on conversations at a large table with an abundance of ambient noise. The food was good, parking is easy, reservations are quick to set up. We will return!
