We have eaten at every steakhouse imaginable through most of North America and Calgary has some of the finest dining facilities available. Hy’s is at the top of that list. We absolutely love how it is laid out inside the friendliness of the staff the decor. The whole dining experience is incredible especially when you’re out for an evening or an event. Due to the costs of eating out and most everything you purchase today it’s nice to know that you got value behind the food that you order. We had an extremely good dining experience. Always consistent and delicious. One of the best happy hours in Calgary with 50% off cocktails and pizza. Tomato pizza and Campanelle pasta are always my go-to dishes, as well as Passionfruit Spritz for my cocktail of choice. Lovely service and ambiance, and great central location which is easy to spot.

We really enjoyed our time at Pigeonhole Downtown. The staff were all so helpful and seemed happy to be there tbh. The food was all done nicely, while it’s not reinventing the eating experience, everything was very tasty. We were there for happy hour, which was an absolute deal! Will be back for sure and to try the mains.
