Best Lunch Restaurants in Downtown Cleveland

I brought my brother and his best friend here for a little holiday luncheon and gift exchange. I come to The Burnham frequently for lunch and I have been to dinner there several times. It was very quiet this afternoon and not a lot of folks in the restaurant. It was quiet, the holiday ambiance and decorations were great. The food was outstanding as usual. My brother had a caesar salad and the fried chicken sandwich, his friend had the pot roast sandwich with French fries and I had a Caesar salad and a pepperoni pizza. Again, the food was outstanding, but I think $23 for the pizza is just a little steep, especially for it being a thinner crust pizza. Don’t get me wrong - it was delicious — just slightly overpriced. I do realize that restaurants in hotels like the Hilton do have higher prices; although I am willing to pay for good food. Our server was outstanding (I am sorry, I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding service). All in all - it was an A+ experience.

Our traditional family Christmas Eve dinner was great once again! We had the pleasure of Julie as our server tonight. She is always spot on with her steps of service. Dishes were all very good and the decor is comfortable and festive!

Come here every year for our traditional holiday family dinner. Always a great meal and atmosphere. Service is always excellent.

One of the fine dining experiences in Cleveland. The Marriott hotel is very nice, but I stay at the Marriott when I come to Cleveland because of this restaurant.
