- JJordanvipPhiladelphia County •5 reviews5.0Dined todayExcellent food and service, as usual. Terrific place. At the brunch hour may be good to cluster families with young kids. Not everyone loves a toddler for brunch. Short of that, amazing experience.More infoMooo BEACON HILLPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Beacon Hill•4.8
- TTomDetroit / Eastern Michigan •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoEstella was wonderful. My wife and I are foodies and in Boston for a conference. We were looking for something unique and comfortable. Estella offered a twist on traditional flavors that was wonderful. We started with drinks. The seasonal blueberry harvest was a delicious gin cocktail that was a perfect balance of sweet sweet and herbaceous deliciousness of gin. My better half had a Nearest to Me which was a delicious whisky shaken with lemon and ginger ale. We ordered the Parm garlic yucca fries with their delicious aioli…and I could’ve eaten another plate. For our meals I had the blackened salmon tacos. The flavors were delicious. The salmon was cooked well and the banana peppers and aioli balanced each other while the crispy onions added a welcome crunch to the lettuce wrapped tacos. My wife had the Shorty and Mash. My god was that a delish bite. The short rib was fall off the bone tender on top of delicious buttery mash. The sauce was a mustard and vinegar base and was unexpectedly delicious cutting through the richness of the beef. The toffee cake was a shared dessert to end the night. Service was attentive and friendly from both our server and management. It was loud but not off-putting and its always great when you leave a restaurant happy with what you had but eager to experience other flavors on the menu.More infoEstellaPrice: Expensive• American• Beacon Hill•4.1
- SSharonvipGreater Boston •115 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoVery good experience - delicious food, somewhat pricey, but the rotisserie chicken, including in the soup, was extraordinary. The soup should be available in a bowl, not just a cup! Energetic vibe, beautiful decor, but there should be additional large tables (not high tops) available for business lunches. Overall the space is relatively small, so table placement is key and there are more "common" high tops than standard tables - great for drinks and casual lunches, but not necessarily business dining.More infoAmber RoadPrice: Expensive• American• Financial District•4.6
- MMauravipNew Jersey •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoFirst visit here and definitely won't be our last. Fantastic food and fantastic drinks. Everything from the appetizers through to the Baked Alaska was absolutely delish! But what really made our night was our server, Jonathan M. His enthusiasm for the menu was spectacular. He had great recommendations and truly knew everything about every dish or drink. He brought us a few things to try that we didn't even order and he was not wrong about how good they were (the glazed carrots for example...chef's kiss!!). He even sold us on what sounds like a fantastic weekend brunch so we will be back for that without a doubt!!More infoThe Vermilion ClubPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.6
