Best Lunch Restaurants in Dunwoody

Wonderful spot made even more wonderful by our server Gustavo. Most recently we went for Christmas Eve dinner. My 11 year old son has celiac disease and is always incredibly concerned about kitchens not taking his need for gluten free food to heart. We told Gustavo about his gluten allergy right when we sat down and was as very understanding and accommodating and brought us a GF menu. Once our food arrived we noticed our son was not eating—we asked him why and he said he was worried about cross contamination. We pulled Gustavo aside and told him our son was concerned and struggling to eat and we asked if he could reassure him that his food was In fact GF. Sweet Gustavo went over to our son and talked to him about how the kitchen made accommodations for his food and the chef was aware and he pinky promised him (they did the handshake and all) that everything was in fact GF and that he made sure of it, checking multiple times with the kitchen staff. My husband and I literally started crying cause we were so moved by his sensitivity, attention and kindness to our son who is so insecure when we go out to eat. That kind of sensitivity and attention is not something you come across everyday and we are immensely grateful. All that to say The Capital Grille has now been added to our *very* short list of restaurants my son feels comfortable eating at!!!

First of all, our server, Tim, was fantastic. Even though he was very busy with a lot of tables, he never seemed rushed. Outstanding service and a very nice young man. Also, steaks were cooked perfectly. Can’t say enough about experience. PLUS, while there was a full crowd, the noise level was not ear piercing like other restaurants. We could actually talk and hear each other without screaming! Overall, a wonderful Xmas Eve dinner.

Dining here is an annual tradition for our family on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Always very good...the meat is fabulous, but that market salad bar is by far the best in the Brazilian Steakhouse industry. NO ONE does it better! It's plentiful, diverse in offerings, always tasty and soooo colorful and inviting! See ya next year!

Seated right away, staff remembered my birthday note and provided several services to make the birthday girl feel special. Our server was awesome, so nice, efficient and every order was perfect.

Great experience at North Italia restaurant. Had a birthday brunch for my girlfriends and the food was amazing, lots of gluten-free options and the chef was very meticulous about our food allergies to nuts. I gave this place a five star and yes, I am coming back. The pasta was amazing !!
