A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. My friend and I had a fantastic experience at Daisies last night! I moved to Logan Square about four months ago and this restaurant came highly recommended by so many. The ravioli and the rigatoni were absolutely divine! So wonderful to have this gem just a few blocks away. Highly recommend!

We lived in Italy for 5 years and lived the Neapolitan style pizza in Milano and Modena. Forno Rosso is #1 in Chicagoland and absolutely the best authentic Neapolitan style pizza we have had since moving back to the States 10 years ago.

Went to Cafe Touché on a friend’s recommendation. Really glad we did. I have probably hit every French restaurant in the northern Chicago land area in search of the perfect place. There a few I like, but there was always something lacking from the menu or of just average presentation from l what I wanted. That changed last night with the first of many to come visits to cafe touché. Every classic French dish you could want with very generous portions and a really cool atmosphere. The place was packed, which is always a good sign,and the service was excellent. The drinks generous as well. I only wish i discovered it long ago, but better late than never. Already excited to return. Well done!!
