Best Lunch Restaurants in Frederick

Had a wonderful time, we celebrated my mom’s birthday. The staff was so welcoming and gave a great service! They all came out to sing for her and made the night feel special! Food was AMAZING can’t go wrong all three of us loved our meals! 10/10

Showroom had it all. In a shopping area with lots of free parking; reservation honored at time reserved, booth or table. Fantastic waitress - helpful, smiling. Delicious food - we had brunch on Sunday at 1 PM. One of us had the breakfast sandwich which was excellent another had chicken and waffles which was not an overwhelming size but filling, another had shrimp and grits and said it was delicious and the fourth had the short rib hash which he raved about. We sat for a while after finishing and no one hurried us. Overall this was a wonderful experience.

The Tasting Room is always a great culinary experience! My husband opted for the ribeye steak as opposed to the filet this time and regretted it—not that the ribeye was bad in any way, the filet is just perfection. My halibut was divine, as was our crab toast appetizer, and the lobster mashed potatoes are a must! The service is excellent, and the noise level was especially tolerable this time (we went early—5:15–so that definitely played into it). A word of caution for those who are noise sensitive: with the high tin ceilings, glass surfaces, and the tiled floors, it can get intolerably loud, especially so the later you go. Overall, the Tasting Room provides a wonderful dining experience!

We had a large party with a few kids and our server Dom was excellent. He checked on us frequently. Other servers assisted and the manager came to check on us, which is always a great sign of teamwork. Thank you for making our dining experience fantastic.

Our goto place in Frederick closed in the past year and so we have been trying places that are new to us. We enjoyed drinks and lunch at JoJo’s today. Love the exposed brick in the dining rooms and the bar and it was festively decorated. Each of our sandwiches was good and the hand cut fries were so good that I skipped the ketchup! Also enjoyed the specialty cocktails. Save room – – the red velvet Smith Island cake is delicious!!
