- DDoriNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoRustic Root was great as usual. I had only been there for brunch and my latest outing there was for dinner. Ambience was great with dim lighting. Food was fantastic and fresh as usual. I took a newbie with me and she thanked me for introducing her to the restaurant. I will definitely be back!More infoRustic RootPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Woodbury•4.6

Calamari was so good and a great version with an Asian twist. Chicken lollipop was pretty good. We had the chicken tikka masala, crispy chili chicken and garlic naan which were all amazing. Our favorite part was dessert as we ordered the Kheer Crème brûlée which was to die for. The best crème brûlée I have ever tasted!! Our server Ahnaf was great and very attentive. Had a great celebration!More infoTikka Charcoal GrillPrice: Expensive• Asian• Hicksville•4.2

The food was absolutely delicious and don’t forget to add a glass of pop-secco! We were in the igloos and had private dining complete with Carolers and all. The owners were unbelievable and so accommodating. We honestly made amazing memories that night that will last a lifetime! Thank you for bringing Christmas magic to our family that evening🎄More infoPietro's of East MeadowPrice: Moderate• Italian• East Meadow•4.9
- MMichaelNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI saw lots of bad reviews and was nervous, but if you're prepared to wait an extra 30-45 minutes from your reservation time, it's worth it. I'd never been here, but I think the delays are from the holiday rush. We waited about 40 minutes from our reservation time to get a table. But this gave us the time to walk around the winter village which is beautiful. So if you don't have to be seated immediately, I'd highly recommend it. Also, the food takes time, too. I don't remember exactly how long to get our plates, but longer than usual. It's expensive, but you're paying for the ambience, the experience and the food is pretty good. Not the best food in the world, but we really enjoyed it. And the Christmas Carolers sung beautiful Christmas songs all around the restaurant. So be ready to break the bank, wait a little longer, but get a unique holiday experience while doing so.More infoMilleridge InnPrice: Expensive• American• Jericho•3.9
