- BBrianvipNew York City •63 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoKudos to the owners and interior design team...while many of today's restaurants focus on industrial chic, BD has gone back in time and enveloped their customers in a Victorian setting with an attention to detail that evokes a scene from a Charles Dickens novel.. Today, the gas fireplace and the everywhere you look Christmas decorations set the mood for this season's holidays!! With an expanded menu and a holiday themed drink list BD is a must visit during this festive time of year!More infoBrothers DaleyPrice: Expensive• Irish• Sea Bright•4.7
- VValerieNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThere was an area wide power outage Thanksgiving Day during our visit so our food was some of the last to come out as this occurred. My monkfish was great, but needed more flavor, the prosciutto was crispy and tasty, mashed potatoes delicious, broccolini excellent. The restaurant was a little chilly overall, being a windy rainy day it should have been warmer. Excellent server Ray, greeted warmly when we walked in. Clams casino and lobster bisque were incredible. My husband got the lobster pie and loved it. Nice hot biscuits at the table were simple but so good as well. Overall an excellent outing even with the power outage, minimal lighting was on but it was mid-afternoon so not dark inside. We had Easter dinner here a few years ago and enjoyed it as well. Why don't we go more often!More infoBahrs LandingPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Highlands•4.7
- DDanielNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was my first time at the rum runner, even though I’ve lived here in Monmouth County for 35 years. I’m not sure what I was walking into however, I must say the place looked wonderful. We were seated fairly quickly given that it was Thanksgiving day. The weight staff was personable and attentive. I enjoyed the food although I wish they would’ve had prime rib as one of my choices Instead of ham. I also wish they would’ve had dark meat instead of all white turkey meat, but that’s a personal preference. I would go back in a heartbeat.More infoThe Rum RunnerPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Sea Bright•4.5
