- CChrisEdinburgh/Midlothian •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOne of the best Sunday roasts I’ve had. Good size portion and everything was well cooked and very tasty. Services was second to none and all for a very fair price.More infoBlacklock SohoPrice: Moderate• Steak• Soho•4.7

- DDavidLondon •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden. Great decor and atmosphere- cosy and comfortable. Set lunch was very good and excellent value. It was very busy and thus initial service was a little slow, but otherwise excellent, and no pressure to finish/leave (our booking was 2.00pm). Would definitely return.More infoClos MaggiorePrice: Expensive• French• Covent Garden•4.6
- RRebeccaLondon •10 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis was our first visit, everything was excellent. Unfortunately it did feel a bit cold - The staff did their best to adapt the air conditioning for us too. However, there was a back door that kept being opened and huge wafts of cold would come through. All the staff seemed lovely and went out of their way to take care of us. Food was delicious!More infoTerra TerraPrice: Expensive• Italian• Finchley•4.2
- KKathleenSan Francisco Bay Area •12 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOutstanding food, service, ambiance. Classic British food, nose to tail, simply but exquisitely prepared. We started with olives and roasted bone marrow, a favourite we order whenever possible, and this was the best we’ve ever had. Accompanying parsley salad was flavourful crunchy and fresh, perfect accompaniment along sourdough toast. For mains we shared grey mullet, grilled shorthorn, white asparagus, green salad and a sublime braised mutton. Everything was superb and we were quite full but couldn’t resist dessert. Both the lemon posset and date loaf with butterscotch sauce were incredible and we ate every last bit. Service was low key excellent and very helpful as we ordered wine by the glass having over imbibed over the weekend and server recommendations were perfect.More infoSt. JOHN SmithfieldPrice: Very Expensive• British• Farringdon•4.8
