Das Wirtshaus Andechser am Dom liegt im Herzen der Münchner Altsadt direkt am Domplatz der Frauenkirche. Die Bayerische Atmosphäre des Lokals spiegelt sich in der Speisekarte wieder, die u. a.     We had a lovely lunch on Christmas Eve. The pappardelle with prawns and lobster bisque was fantastic, and the schnitzel was fresh and lovely. Ambience was very nice. Staff were attentive( and we were grateful to them for serving across the Christmas holiday to make this possible. Very happy to recommend this restaurant. Loved that it was easy to book through this platform. Would go again.

    A wonderful evening with good service and more interaction as usual as we decided to book the chefs table. It was interesting to see how the kitchen is prepared and everyone working in harmony together. The food was outstanding, beginning with several small tasting snacks, followed by 8 well balanced courses. All of them with great different textures and flavors. Some surprising combinations of ingredients and the wine pairing matching the dishes perfectly. Overall well worth to visit.
