Service was outstanding as usual. Recommendations were very thoughtful, especially the wine. Learned that the manager has been there 17 years working his way up. This really demonstrates the level of commitment by staff and ownership. The entire staff are engaging and work hard to make you feel at home. It’s an old building but extremely clean. Even the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Suggestions: I really don’t have any.

Phenomenal Experience! Visited last night and I’m still raving about it today! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambience was inviting and elevated, setting the perfect tone for a great evening. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was perfection. You can tell the quality and care that goes into each dish. To top it off, our server Tom was amazing! His attentiveness, warm demeanor, and excellent recommendations truly made the experience memorable. This was a full 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to come back. As always, the food was outstanding. We had about a 45 minute wait from our scheduled reservation but I guess that's to be expected on a Christmas Eve holiday. Wonderful wait staff.

Hugo’s was packed last night. We were seated a few minutes late but we ended up in a booth. The server and staff did a great job with attention to detail. The staff was completely on game. The general manager stopped and chatted a bit despite an estimated 860 reservations for the night. The sautéed frog legs and escargot were prepared to perfection. We all ordered fish dinners with each cooked perfectly and served hot. All things excellent!
