Best Lunch Restaurants in West Dundee

Always a pleasure dining here! Kudos to our Wine Server Joy she is such an amazing person! Her name says it all! Thank you for an amazing experience every time we do our wine tasting and dine at South Barrington!

We stopped on the way home from the airport and continue to now go back whenever possible. It is 40 minutes from our home but definitely worth it. Great service. The bartender talked us into getting the cheese appetizer that they set on fire when they bring to your table along with the steak skewer appetizers. We put some steak (with the oil) and cheese on the pita bread and it is to die for. That could definitely be your full meal. Love this place.

Consistently excellent service, my mom and brother love the fajitas molcajete, I love the tacos but really, everything is good here. Few years back had the wonderful take on the arroz con pollo!

The Chicken Bacon Jam pizza was good, not great. The Burrata (sp?) cheese was dolloped on and covered the chicken and jam, obliterating the flavors of those two. I love their pizza crust. Service was a little slow, but VV seems to be chronically understaffed. However, the staff is long term, so we have gotten to know them and enjoy their service. I am a Wine Club member, so the meal is usually quite reasonable.

The food was exquisitely prepared and beautifully presented. Our server was attentive without being overwhelming, which contributed to a delightful evening.
