Best Organic Food Restaurants in Alexandria

We came in for Valentine’s Day and our experience was incredible! We got seated in a room that was elegantly and romantically decorated. Our server Abby was fantastic! She did an amazing job communicating the menu and the specials and gave us nothing short of 5 star service! The food was delicious and our proteins were executed perfectly. On the way out there was a photo backdrop the was prepared by the management who were happy to take photos of us! Our entire experience at Ada’s for Valentine’s Day was absolutely one to remember!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Majestic for Valentine's Day, and I can't express enough how amazing the experience was! The food was absolutely divine. We had the grilled spanish octopus, it had such a nice spice to it. It’s clear that the chefs take immense pride in their craft. The service was incredible and attentive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed. Juan, our server, was friendly and knew the menu and bar very well. Despite the business of Valentine’s Day we never felt rushed and we truly appreciated taking our time throughout dinner. Majestic consistently delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Not staying at the hotel, it was difficult finding our way to the restaurant, but everything else was excellent. The menu is small and mostly casual food, but it is well-prepared and affordable considering the service and the view. The salads and flatbread for appetizers were excellent. The burger was also excellent and the crab cake sandwich above average. Along with a glass of wine, the average cost per person was around $50, a great price for an establishment like this in DC.

This was an Amazing experience!! It started snowing today - didn’t know for sure how much would stick. It turned out to be 4 inches. ;) We had a reservation and were the only guests. They stayed open for us and were so gracious! No one hurried us, in fact they took time to chat about several things. Even though they were closing as soon as we left! The food was very delicious - all the things we ordered. We live 2 blocks away and will share this with many people for exceptional service and food! 💞

From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the impeccable Southern-inspired cuisine, everything about this spot is outstanding. The Crab Cake Benedict was a standout—perfectly poached eggs atop a flavorful, meaty crab cake with just the right amount of seasoning, all covered in a rich hollandaise sauce. It was fresh, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The French Toast was another highlight—thick, fluffy, and just the right balance of sweet and buttery. It came with a delightful drizzle of syrup and was so good it didn’t even need extra toppings. And of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the Shrimp & Grits, which were pure Southern comfort on a plate. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the grits were creamy and flavorful, making for a dish that was both hearty and satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!
