Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability.     Phenomenal time dining here! The service was amazing. Our waiter Alex was friendly, numerous and his suggestions were absolutely on point. The food was stellar. The shrimp tostone appetizer was delectable, we came in for brunch and shared the Hawaiian roll French toast which I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get off my mind. I had the smash burger Alex suggested and loved it, my mother had the pichana which was is so flavorful. Will absolutely be adding Cada Sensei to my recurring rotation of favorite spots to eat at

    We had a wonderful evening, dining at 15th Street Fisheries. Sebastian and Vivian were wonderful servers and made sure to check on us, refill our drinks and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious, as well. They also identify gluten-free and nut-free food options, which was very helpful as I have food allergies. The atmosphere was beautiful and delightful. I would definitely recommend eating here. We will surely be back in the future.
