GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm. Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. Very pleasurable experience on a very special occasion, my son's 18th birthday. We were treated with consideration from the entrance till the end, the guest receptionist was very polite and friendly and offered us a window table in a very short while. Drinks, main course and desert were very tasty but the view was just amazing. I would definitely come back.

We love the ambiance of the restaurant but they could lighten up the restaurant a bit more. ( it’s too dark ) Also the portion for the food in combination with the price is a little bit overpriced. For the rest we had a lovely night

Been coming here for years, says it all really. Always very polite and helpful people working here, many of them for years which also says good things about the management. Food is simply excellent, the Cobra always cold and the service is excellent as well. My advice is to book each time if you know when you are planning a visit as it is very popular.

I bring guests to Fish every couple of weeks. I find the restaurant service perfect and friendly . The food is always yummy and perfect . Keep it up team Fish i will keep coming back with my US tourists thank you !
