Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Very nice restaurant decor, excellent service and delicious food. Convenient location at the border of Chinatown. We had dinner that included Peking Duck, a pork appetizer and seafood main with fried rice. All cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Dim sum is only served mid-day, so will return to try it out.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience at La Madonna! The crispy duck was the star of the evening – perfectly cooked and an easy 10/10. We tried four dishes in total, and every single one was delicious and well-presented. The food is definitely worth the value, and you can tell great care goes into each dish. The service is amazing also! Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and flavor!

Wine, pizza and trivia night. Good fun, good pizza. We were seated at the bar, close to the front section, which made it too hard to hear the quiz questions. Pizza was good, but food came out late. We like the casual vibe here, and the wine shop decor. We will go again.
