Best Organic Food Restaurants in Old Hickory / Hermitage

The food was nothing shy of amazing! Never been to Dave and Busters and for sure will be going back. Great service and such an fun and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a reservation so we had zero wait time. Got seated right away. Happy hour menu was amazing and fantastic prices. Food came out so quick and every dish we tried was so good. We will definitely be going again. We had a great time.

First, we love the Hermitage Hotel and consider Drusie and Darr to be a tasteful, seamless extension of it. The restaurant and adjacent bar have been our go-to places for dinner before shows at the nearby TPAC or for after-performance drinks. We even meet our advisor quarterly in the bar or restaurant. He flies in and never fails to comment on the relaxing atmosphere after rushing through BNA. Our latest drinks and dinner at Drusie and Darr was the beginning of a sort of mini adult getaway. We checked into the hotel, headed down and spent enjoyable time in the restaurant, before heading over to TPAC. As to our dinner, my wife had the blackened sea bass and I, the warm shrimp salad. We shared the roasted cauliflower. My only complaint (minor) is that the salad seemed underdressed. The delicious buttery, citrussy dressing was simply drizzled over each of the shrimp; leaving the lettuce mix somewhat naked. Granted, I'm a dressing lover. Finally: we’ve eaten in other Jean-Georges restaurants and like most of them. One of the things we like about Drusie and Darr, however, is that one knows exactly where he or she will be seated: none of the being relegated to the “kid’s table” in adjacent spaces or at its very worst, the basement at the Pound Ridge Inn in NY.

Staff was extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was phenomenal. The garlic parm wings were massive and top 5 wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was so delicious. We did half n half 16” (very large actually). First half was hot pepper and the second was mushroom. Both were delicious but the hot pepper was easily #1 or #2 all time best pizza of all places we’ve eaten.

Amazing breakfast! Chicken and waffles was perfect!
