Even though it was completely full, the food was overall quite good (one exception, see below), the wait staff attentive without hovering, and the ambience relaxed. We had two (minor) hiccups preventing this from being a perfect meal (the way it usually is here): There was a longer than usual amount of time between when our appetizer/salad came out and the entree/sides were delivered. in fact, we felt the need to inquire whether our entree order had somehow got misplaced - but it did get delivered and of course was quite tasty. The other issue for us was we ordered a crab/endive dish that included flavors that neither my wife or I really appreciated - the endive was more bitter than typical (and I use endive a fair amount in my own cooking), overpowering the crab. But, that may just be our taste buds, your. mileage may vary!More infoGeminiPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Boulder•4.7

Outstanding service by Will who was very helpful in recommending creative cocktails and wine, and all the servers who delivered piping hot dishes to our table. The meal was excellent from the bread selection, both savory and sweet, through the four course fixe prix menu. We sat in the cozy and welcoming dining area where we could watch the chefs creating the dishes and we loved it. Lovely night. We will definitely be returning to this gem.More infoBramble & HarePrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Boulder•4.6

The cozy cabanas were just perfect and everyone from the servers to the chefs themselves went above and beyond to make our dinner experience perfect. Can't wait to visit again and see what new amazing dishes they come up with next.More infoBlack CatPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•5

- LLanceDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe view is amazing. Our breathe was taken away as we watched the full moon rise out of the clouds as the lights glistened off the snow covered pine trees. Words cannot express how delicious each gourmet course was. The flavors danced in your mouth. Everyone, we interacted with at the restaurant was outstanding. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. They did several little things that made our anniversary dinner a little extra special. (I don't want to spoil the surprises if you decide to celebrate here.) My husband declared after the appetizer, this is our new anniversary tradition. My only advice would be to plan on enjoying every minute. This is a four course meal which took around two hours to serve. It was such a beautiful evening, we lost track of time. I was really impressed when the valet had our car fully warmed when we walked outside. ( The temperature was 8 degrees.) It was an amazing experience.More infoFlagstaff HousePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Boulder•4.8
