Located just a stone's throw from the Hôtel de Ville and the Marais district, Le Coupe Gorge restaurant, with its antique parquet flooring, dressed stonework and red velvet banquettes, exudes the flavour of old Paris and the pleasures of fine dining. Sacré Frenchy was a great place to go to for our American family of four with twin 16 year old daughters. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the staff was really accommodating considering we can’t speak French. Our girls can sometimes be picky eaters when we travel abroad and this was a really good experience as we were all able to find something to eat without having to sacrifice a good dining experience for my wife and I.

We had a wonderful dinner at Le Coupe George. The food was excellent and the service was attentive and welcoming. The upstairs dining room was cozy, and we were the only foreign patrons, which added to the ambiance. I somewhat hate to endorse it for fear that it will be overrun with tourists, but our experience deserved an honest review.
