Best Organic Food Restaurants in Wheat Ridge

We had a delicious dinner. Since we had 5 of us, we were able to sample quite a few dishes. Our favorites were the beet salad, the rockfish tom kha, the short ribs and a papparadelle mushroom dish. For dessert, the chocolate hazelnut pie and the carrot cake were amazing. Our server was great and the dishes were served with just the right amount of time between the courses. The only negative was that we were somewhat close to the front door and since it was a cold night, every time the door opened, we felt a cold draft (we kept our coats on). A vestibule would really help.

The food was very good. We had the Valentine’s Day prefix menu. It was a “high casual” restaurant…. Meaning, jeans and a polo or a suit jacket and a button down shirt would all fit in

We enjoyed the Valentine menu with the wine pairing. It was so nice because everything was delicious and I especially loved the rose’ wine we started with. The burrata was amazing! Every single dish was delicious and just the right size. The service was excellent.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome and invited us back to their reopening after remodel. If you have a chance to grab their brunch before they close for remodel, do so! Manny was a tremendous server. Seek him out if you can.
