Even though we are located on a golf course, we are open 12 months of the year, serving lunch & dinner every day. Breakfast is served every morning from April 1st - December 31st, from 8am to 10:45 am. Our outside deck holds 100+ guests & our lower deck accommodates up to 70 guests. We had a wonderful evening, the food was great, portions were generous and the server Katie was fabulous. We had the burrata and prosciutto with squash and a salad wedge, for main courses we had the pork chops and clams and the bison short rib, all delicious and the pork chop was the best I have ever eaten. For desert we had the Tiny Dancer, if you love chocolate, this is the one for you!

I go to this restaurant quite a bit. The food is always phenomenal and normally the service is too. However, it took a very long time order this time and many things were forgotten on our order. The grill was also not working as well as it normally does. This will not stop me from going as I believe this is a one off experience.

Waitstaff couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. First class service. This was our first time at Meritage based on high recommendations from friends. Food was very good. Dessert was delicious. Only drawback in our opinion was that everything was a la carte. Side of pasta, salad, cooked veggie, etc with entree was an extra cost. Chicken paillard was good as it was served with Caesar salad on top. Also, check your bill carefully. We were accidentally charged for a bottle of wine ($60) instead of a glass of wine ($15). Of course, it was corrected immediately.
