- SShannonBaltimore / Maryland •38 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLots of extra little touches that made the dishes special: the foamy mignonette on the oysters, the crunchy bites and pickled mushrooms on the beef tartare. Pre-pandemic, table side dishes such as classic Caesar salad and duck a la presse were on the menu- we can understand not having them all the time, but hopefully they’re not gone for good.More infoBygonePrice: Very Expensive• American• Harbor East•4.6

- AAngelicaPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined on 8 Dec 2024The Holiday Tea Service at Magdalena is by far the best I've had outside of London proper. The tea selection consists of 5 lovingly curated teas, which I do prefer to being overwhelmed by a list of 100 teas I've never heard of. The small selection also allows Emma to go into depth about the quirks of each of the teas and I really appreciated getting smell samples of the tea beforehand as well as being walked through the process of preparing each tea we chose. The sandwich/scone/and pastries were all absolutely delicious. The portions at Magdalena were the largest I've seen at any high tea service in the US yet, but it was still a large snack rather than the type of fourth meal you'd get in in the UK. The entire staff was lovely, but being guided through the process by Emma, Madgalena's tea and coffee maven, who is full of enthusiasm for tea, coffee (and honestly all things delicious) elevates the experience form just another afternoon snack to a loving and fun homage to tea.More infoMagdalenaPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Mt. - AAshleyCleveland / Akron / Canton •4 reviews5.0Dined on 7 Dec 2024Food was excellent. We were there at 3pm on a Saturday and there was only one server in the entire restaurant. He was dealing with impatient people, being double and triple-sat multiple times while we were there, and 10+ tables all on his own. So, overall, the service was slow. But, given the circumstances, our server deserves a medal! He was friendly, upbeat, and as attentive as humanly possible with more than 10 tables on his own.More infoKona Grill - BaltimorePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Inner Harbor•3.4
