- RRobertHouston •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoGreat food and great cocktails. The ambiance was lovely and the service was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. The queso flameado with short rib mole was sumptuous and delightful. The seafood tostadas (atun and la vida vuelta) were light and delicious, perfectly balanced with piquant spice and velvety avocado. The tlacoyo is a must try. Happy hour cocktails are half price and are all excellent. We have been coming to La Condesa since it opened in 2009, the year we got married. We no longer live in Austin, but we come back to La Condesa for special occasions when we are back in town. Highly recommend.More infoLa CondesaPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Downtown•4.6
- BBrettVIPAsheville / Western North Carolina •24 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy brother suggested ATX Cocina. Our meal was outstanding. And the service was next level great. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menus and the cocktails. She made great suggestions. The restaurant is very concerned about diners that have allergies. Highly recommend.More infoATX CocinaPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Downtown•4.8
- YYoungVIPAustin •89 reviews5.0Dined on 23 Dec 2024Price took such good care to be sure we had everything we wanted. The food was great! Such a special place for us! The fruits de mer was very good and so were the dressed oysters and of course the mussels and clams sauce was out of this world!!! The snapper and grits was also superb!! Cocktails not quite as snazzy as they used to be. Not super cold as a good shaken or stirred drink should be. No frost! Loved the little lime twirl on my cosmo though! But we still had a fabulous time!! ! Thank you!!!!More infoClark's Oyster Bar - AustinPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.9
- LLeticiaAustin •1 review5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024Our server, Leeann C was incredibly kind. She offered to take our group photo as we were celebrating the Christmas holiday over lunch. When I asked about the soup of the day and told her my favorite was the tomato bisque, she said it wasn't on today's menu but she went to the kitchen and found out the chef's were already preparing it. She subbed it for me to make me happy!More infoNorth Italia – AustinPrice: Moderate• Italian• Northwest•4.6
