Sorry, we will not accept BYOB. Inspired by authentic Sicilian recipes from the kitchens of Southern Italy's seaside town of Taormina, Chef Hiroyuki Mimura pairs fresh pastas with the highest quality seafoods and meats. Unspoiled by heavy sauces, Sicilian-style pastas are dressed in pure, extra virgin olive oil. Fresh vegetables, lightly grilled fresh local fish, and lamb seasoned with herbs offer diners a healthy range of options. Featured dishes include fresh Fettucine Carbonara finished with tableside Truffle service, grilled Lamb Chops "Luca pecorini" and Veal "Siciliana." Taormina's specialty dish is Uni Pasta (Sea Urchin), a delicacy enjoyed in Sicily, Italy. Italian Lavazza espressos compliment selections of house made desserts (Dolci).

~AUTHENTIC JAPANESE CUISINE INSPIRED BY HAWAII'S FRESH & LOCAL INGREDIENTS~We created ZIGU in order to share our passion for fine cuisine with the people of Hawaii. We have been fortunate to acquire the perfect building for our restaurant. The restaurant was once a wooden low-riseApartment building which was constructed in 1939. This has allowed us to create a cozy atmosphere that wouldn’t have beenpossible in a more modern building. The key to the perfect dining experience is fresh local ingredients, prepared by chefs dedicated to the art of cooking. Here at ZIGU, you will enjoy dishes such as juicy Japanese omelettes made with fresh local eggs, sushi made from freshly caught fish.We also have SAKE and Shochu varieties that perfectly complement these dishes.~Important notice for our OHANA ~We are asking customers to limit their dining experience to 2 hours when we have high volume booking.Thank you for your understanding.*Happy hour exclusionday: 12/23/2024~1/1/2025

Still my favorite restaurant on the island. You cannot beat the fantastic staff and the food is excellent. Today, my family had the absolute pleasure of having Kevin and Felix. Their hospitality was top notch. Our hats of to the chef and kitchen staff. The meal was lovely. I always enjoy my dinners at the Moana Surf Rider.

I cannot remember the waiters name but he deserves the upmost credit. I hate the fact I do not remember. He moved to Hawaii from Oregon, great guy. He gave us exceptional service and great advice. One of the best waiters I have ever had.

We had our Christmas dinner here. The staff was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive and kind. There was a female staff member that came over and gave my 5 yr old a Christmas coloring page and crayons. The atmosphere is chill and nice. The food was good. The scallops were amazing. Recommend for sure.

What could be better than a view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach while you eat? The food! Our dinners were outstanding. My wife said it was the best steak she’d ever had, and my daughter said the same about here pasta. All four of our meals were excellent, no one was disappointed. My only complaint is that we were all too full to even share a piece of Hula pie!

Attentive servers and beautiful presentation of our meal. The quality and flavor of each of the ingredients is on display in abundance. The entire menu is full of surprises. Our picks tonight: Pork Belly Bao Buns, Porl and Crab Pillows, Mahi Mahi with Beurre Blanc, Beef Short Ribs, Coffee Crème Brûlée. The Mai Tai and Mojito were perfect, the wines outstanding. Mahalo!
