I was born and raised in the countryside of Tuscany, and although I’ve now lived in Australia for over 6 years, my passion for all things Italian has never been stronger. Nor has my passion for sharing it with Australia and the Central Coast. I noticed that while there are a lot of outlets serving Italian food up here, they’re largely not hitting the mark when it comes to quality, authenticity and value for money. The Crab linguine was spectacular. Spicy with chilli but so tasty. My partner loved the ragu papadelle. The puffy bread dipped in oil and with prosciutto is fantastic. My partner loved the classic margaritas and I had a good bottled stone and wood beer. The service staff gave us free complimentary lemon alcohol drink possibly limoncello as our mains took a little long to come out but we didn’t mind the wait after we discovered how delicious it was. I’ll be honest the bill was expensive but I think it was worth it.
