Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in SOMA

54 Mint deserves another look. Pre-pandemic, the place was hopping at lunch - now with Westfield pretty much gone, so are the crowds. We were a party of six and had a great time - split the suppli and fried smelts as appetizers. Then porchetta, carbonara, saltimbocca, pasta with the rags - everyone was happy with their food. The neighborhood looks a bit forlorn with so few people around, but will be back to 54 Mint for the food!

Nopa was a fantastic experience - haven’t been back for a decade and the food and service are as I remembered. Accommodated a seating request and a late guest arrival ; service was friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional. Best porchetta ever tasted; agnolotti was juicy; fried chicken was addicting. Great desserts; good bar experience. Won’t wait so long to return again. Parking is a challenge; take ride share and avoid the stress.

Wonderful birthday celebration with an attentive staff proving a birthday card with chocolate fudge dessert. Perfect lunch get together and will definitely come back again for dinner!

The food is delicious, dainty, and served hot! We had a great time and the service was very attentive.
