The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We had an absolutely gorgeous evening at Berkelo kitchen. The food was exquisite, nourishing and beautifully presented. It was served at a pace that gave the evening a sense of discovery and the wait staff, bar staff and maitre d' were all delightful.
