Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Heber City

Excellent food and cocktails. Service was great but it did feel a little rushed like they were anxious to turn the table. We arrived right on time and were there barely more than an hour so we definitely weren’t taking more time than was appropriate!

It was my first time to Blind Dog. It was my husband's second time. He had the meatloaf both times and loved it. It comes with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. He is not a fan of spinach so he should have asked for a vegetable substitute. I often have a hard time with restaurant menus because I am gluten free and minimize diary. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with coconut grits. It was one of the best dinners I have had out in a very long time. It was outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked and was a nice size. I took my leftovers home, I loved it so much. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. Her name started with an M and she was from Vermont. She was great. We will definitely be going back again often this ski season. Can't wait.

Wonderful brunch! The French Toast with berries was perfect. The waitress was excellent. Loved the view of the valley. Will be back!

Pine Cone Ridge is a gem among the Bill White Restaurant Chain. We started with the Baked Feta appetizer which was delicious and just the right amount to begin the evening along with Manhattan cocktails. My wife then had the salmon entry from a sustainable farm in Canada and I had the sea bass. Both entrees were excellent with a nice presentation and delicious sides. The servers were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable regarding menu items. We really enjoy Bill White’s restaurants and will add Pine Cone Ridge to our local neighborhood list.

Of course the time to get a view from the Lakehouse is summer when the sky is lit. Unfortunately we dined during winter and couldn't see the lake at all however, the ambiance of the room was terrific and the food was excellent. Above all the service and particularly Andrew were terrific. We will dine there again and again.
