- SSteveLondon •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother outstanding lunch at a famous Williamsburg ‘go to’ restaurant. Three types of local oysters @ $1 ea. Mixed the menu of the day with the lunch and had some fabulous grouper as well as calamari. Service attentive and unobtrusive - quite busy for a late lunch but table turnover was efficient and not really noticeable. Shall return soon, :-)More infoBerret's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Williamsburg•4.7
- SSteveLondon •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoReally pleasant night for a Valentine’s dinner. The prix fixe meal was only advertised through Open Table, not on the GA Tavern web site so having planned two dinners, we cancelled the second reservation for the Sat night. Even though it was a set dinner there were three options for the third course (fish, lamb and veg) and two dessert options (choc lava cake and chestnut panna cotta). All 4 courses were sublime with really subtle complementary flavours and the wine pairings worked though we do not like sparking wines with our desserts.More infoGabriel Archer TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Williamsburg•4.7
- MMarjorieVirginia •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA truly delightful Valentine's Day dinner: > The lobster/steak entre was excellent, prepared exactly as we requested, and the wine recommendations were perfect pairings. >We were delighted with our server Omar, who was both very professional and delightfully personable -- a wonderful combination. > The ambiance added enormously to our enjoyment: the decorations, including appropriate lighting, "flower petals" on the tables and festive balloons around the dining rooms - and the placement of the tables -- which was uncrowded, but near enough to others that by then end of the evening, wonderful conversations were had among people (previously strangers to each other) sitting at tables nearby one another.More infoLe Yaca - WilliamsburgPrice: Expensive• French• Williamsburg•4.9
- RRonVirginia •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a great time the restaurant staff was fantastic… the only 2 things that just didn’t sit right.. my wife order a shot of rum… and they put ice in it… which we didn’t ask for… kinda like watering down a shot… not good…. I had order the brisket and pulled pork and wings… the brisket was straight salt… just like I was taking a bite of a fork full of salt… the pork was ok.. bland an watery… and the server asked me before the order went in about the wings what flavor I wanted in which I replied buffalo… they came out with no sauce..over all the place IS good but the brisket really threw me off cause it’s not supposed to be salty like that.. at all..More infoCraft 31Price: Moderate• Burgers• Williamsburg•4.6
- EEdwardVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent experience, the entire staff was friendly and professional. Food was as good as would be expected at a restaurant on this level. Great job by the bartender, best Old Fashion I've had, and there have been many. The Filet Mignon was absolutely perfect. I had the special, stuffed Rockfish and it was great. There is a lot of great competition in this arena and we're looking for the best of Richmond. These guys are on the short list.More infoBookbinder's Seafood and SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Richmond•4.8
