Best Pre-Theater Restaurants in Norwood

My husband and I had a wonderful time at BOCA and we were there celebrating his birthday. This was our first time eating at the restaurant and we really enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. The Pommes Soufflés "1949", The Charred Leeks, Lumache con Salsiccia and Mafaldine con Bolognese were all super delicious! When it came to dessert, they have a die for gem called - Pomme d'Amour. The craftsmanship of the food that is created in this restaurant is unbelievable and you can see the details in how it is presented. The staff is very attentive, and they make you feel like you are the only customer in the restaurant. We highly recommend BOCA if you want a wonderful dining experience. Lori and Charlie Peterson

Prime never fails to deliver. Great service, respectful of our time, and fabulous food. We were there on a show night and both got the filet trio which was scrumptious. Tried the charcuterie board for a starter which is a new item and it was really quite tasty. The mocha cheesecake was a nice finish to the meal. Kevin was our waiter and he was fabulous.

Stopped by before a show at the Aronoff. Got to sit upstairs for the first time in a long time. Had one of the rooms to ourselves with a delightful waitress with perfect timing. Food was great as usual and so different from typical restaurant fare. 5 stars across the board from me

We sat at “counter seating” and I had my doubts because I felt it would be like bar type seating. For two people it is perfect seating. You can both see the action in the restaurant and yet be able to talk with each other. Our service was spectacular - multiple people checked in with us. Most people there were going to a show after dinner - like myself - the restaurant was on top of it. We did not feel rushed at all. The food was wonderful. We had fish and chips (not battered, but incredible) and shrimp and grits - both were fantastic. Our drinks were first rate as well. I had been here years ago and thought ‘it’s OK but with this visit (again many years later) I thought “I have to come back!”.

Went before a show at the Anonoff which was just a quick walk away. Have a great wine list and cocktails. We had the oysters to start which were great and then split the Bronzino which was amazing. Will be back for sure
