Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in South End

Bistro du Midi is my new favorite French restaurant. The downstairs felt like a nice cocktail bar, while the upstairs felt like an intimate slice of Paris. The food was incredible! It is on the menu, I highly recommend the beet gnocchi as an appetizer. My girlfriend and I had the duck breast, ora king salmon, with a side of cauliflower. Each bite left us feeling satisfied with the craving to have more . Well worth it for the experience, and the service was exceptional. I cannot wait until we eat here again!

Our brunch buffet was out of this world scrumptious! The food was replenished as needed, displays were lovely and most of all kept immaculate! The whole staff: hostess, buffet servers, waiters, waitresses, etc. were extremely pleasant, happy to be of service, attentive to our requests and made our dining experience a memorable one! Second time in and our party of five had a fantastic experience, equal parts food, drink, service (especially waitress with impeccable timing) and ambience. Octopus, endive salad, lamb chops, filet, duck club, burgers - all delicious and prepared exactly as requested, including GF accommodation. A Manhattan heavy on specifics was expert-crafted, sub-zero cold and delivered at the perfect time. Great music heavy on classic indie played loud enough to hear but low enough to talk normally. We’ll be back for sure!
