Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Del Mar

This was my first time at any Eddie V’s. We went to the La Jolla location and I was not disappointed! I brought my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday and they had decorations at the table, which I didn’t even ask them to do! They offered us a complementary glass of champagne, and sat us near the windows so we had an amazing view. The food was incredible, from the appetizers to the main course. She was given a free birthday dessert, that they flambéed at the table. Thankyou you to Eddie V’s for creating such a wonderful experience for her and for myself, we will most definitely be back!

Incredible wood fire cooked steaks!!! The center cut filet was cooked and crusted to perfection! Prime ribeye was flavorful and cut great. Pizza was crispy, sauced perfect, and cheese forward, best Roma style I’ve had outside Italia!!! Major recommendation for Amalfi Llama, a unique blending of Patagonian & traditional Italian cuisine!!!

Always a wonderful experience. The restaurant is cozy yet spacious. Food and service was great! A local gem restaurant.

Food and service are great. Nothing against the piano player. He was great and having him in the main dining area playing Christmas tunes in December was nice. However, conversation can be difficult if there are 4 or more people at a table. Either sit ask to sit farther from the piano or ask for other seating options in areas other than the main dining room.
