Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Downtown / Sobro

I was dining for a birthday party and the service was outstanding and our waiter was extremely helpful.

We hadn't been to Etch in several years and had forgotten how good it was. Our three diners had one of the specials of the day which was salmon, another had the venison, and the third had the pork ribeye. All three were fantastic. The cauliflower appetizer and the shrimp and octopus bruschetta were both really good. A shared dessert finished the dinner off nicely. Service was excellent and one of the staff came out to inquire about my wife's food allergy to make sure they completely understood her issues. Overall, a fantastic meal.

This is one of the BEST restaurants in Nashville. We celebrated a birthday today and the restaurant made the effort to take extra steps to help us celebrate. These added touches are just one of many reasons why your restaurant should be heralded. Great food, great service, and personal attention. All we can say is thank you and we will be back! Wasn’t feeling the best personally and not wanting meat but we were in town and the family wanted steak. The food we ordered was honestly prepared the best of any food we have ever had. The idea that a carrot could be eaten by all of us and enjoyed makes me laugh. The garlic potatoes actually tasted like garlic potatoes not just called that and were delicious. The best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The spinach and mushrooms were so delicious I could have just eaten that bowl and been happy. A little pricey honestly, and we eat at a lot of places, but the chef prepared our food as well as it could have been prepared in all of our opinions. Our waitress was so pleasant and just the right level of attentive. No complaints only accolades.

We had the opportunity to enjoy our evening with friends and family in a private dining room and it was fantastic! Derek was our server and he was outstanding! Thanks for a lovely evening.
