Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Doylestown

We ate here on Christmas Day and the entire restaurant, tavern and porch were extremely busy. The Pineville Tavern was ready for the rush ! Service was very good and the food quality was excellent. Snapper soup was outstanding. Already spoke about going back next year if not sooner.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Joseph Ambler Inn. The butternut squash soup and shrimp cocktail appetizers were absolutely delicious. Not to be out done by the scallops and Chilean Seabass entrées which were just out of this world. The butter cake, flan and chocolate ice cream were a perfect ending to an absolutely "top-notch" dinner – kudos to the chef! What really made our dinner fun and even more enjoyable was our awesome server Tina. She had a smile that would light up a room and she kept us entertained all evening long with her phenomenal sense of humor. Thank you for an awesome evening Tina !!!

A delightful experience, from start to finish! Conveniently located on the campus of Delaware Valley University with ample parking, the beautiful decor and ambiance were matched only by the excellent food and service. We went for Sunday brunch and shared French toast and a frittata. Both were delicious! Bread is served warm in a flower pot - how cute is that!?! Plus, there's a wonderful gift shop attached (3 huge rooms, also beautifully decorated and offering unique items.) There's outdoor seating as well. You can bet we'll return when the weather warms! Reservations recommended.

Wonderful late lunch before exploring the beauty of the area. Delicious burgers but mine was way over medium. Everyone said theirs were perfect. Fries somewhat dry and not very warm, but my wife’s sweet potato fries were delicious. Very enjoyable.
