- SSabrinaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoCame here for my boyfriend’s birthday with his parents. From start to finish, our experience was amazing- which is happening less and less in NYC. The staff was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful! Quiet, cozy, not overwhelming and so clean. We started with the focaccia which was delicious and a couple of other appetizers. We all enjoyed our dishes and it was the perfect portion. Their cocktails are great too! Especially the classic spritz. The staff was so attentive and made my boyfriend’s day feel extra special. Thank you, Palma! Can’t wait to return.More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
- ZZaidaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI took a shot on this one due to the mixed reviews. This was our first time here (party of 4) to celebrate my mom's birthday. Honestly, everything was really nice from the moment we walked in. We were received by a nice, smiling hostess and all our servers were kind and answered all questions we had. The food was good and the tea was great. The only thing is that it is a bit overpriced for what it is...but it's NY people, this is expected. Overall we were all extremely satisfied with our first-time dine in at the Russian Tea Room.More infoRussian Tea Room - NYCPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Midtown West•4.6
- GGlenNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoA truly exceptional dining experience; we started with the beets and the octopus which were both delicious and had an excellent Californian Zinfandel, the kitchen sent us a complimentary pasta dish which contained uni and lobster, this was also exquisite. For our entrees my date had the truffle pasta which she enjoyed thoroughly, I was going to order the rabbit but after being notified it was not available I went for the duck which was very nice and perfectly cooked. To end our meal we shared the pear miso tart and a scoop of honey and plum icecream. This dessert was so beautiful it pained us to break into it, but the flavors were extraordinary and each bite was bliss. This delicious meal and wine, although pricey, accompanied by warm efficient service made for a perfect dinner and date night.
