Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles. The interior is multi-faceted, with a black slate tiled traditional dining room, a gorgeous 14 person capacity wooden sushi bar, a semi private "tatami" room which holds 12 people, a larger 25 person private dining room, an enclosed "back patio" casual dining room complete with tropical garden, a black concrete liquor bar with custom sake cocktails and fusion traditional cocktails. The variety of atmospheres allows for a different experience with every visit, and the vastness and quality of the menu does the same.     This was our first time dining at Daniel's Broiler and we couldn't have been happier. My husband and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary and everything from the cocktails to appetizer to dinner and dessert was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, we enjoyed the staff who were friendly, helpful and attentive. We requested a view or special table and had a beautiful view of downtown Bellevue where the street trees were illuminated with their white lights. We look forward to celebrating another special occasion at Daniel's Broiler!

    Brilliant. What a wonderful place. Lauren the bartender and do-everything owner KT were excellent. Really customer focused. Food was not heavy. Salmon was so tasty. The hanger steak was done just right. The only thing we didn’t do was lick the plate but we cleaned it. Next time have to Uber so we can try the whisky flight.
