Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Lower Garden District

I see a lot of bad reviews on here for this restaurant but our experience was completely opposite. The hostess was polite and prompt to seat us. Our server Leon was very attentive, informative and super nice. All of our entrees were outstanding! Super nice and chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Great Christmas dinner. The service was excellent and the manager did a great job on the floor. The short rib is a must try. 10/10

The shrimp and the gumbo and the wings were great. My wife order the Christmas special dinner came with duck it was tough ,, overall the flavor of the duck was good . They took it back and threw it back into the fryer a little burnt but way better .. Will Be back , but not ordering the duck . 

this place is so different, I had a raw brussels sprout salad. You would think that it would taste terrible (as I always get mine fried), but it was actually incredible.

The food was delicious. Our server was so friendly and funny. The restaurant was beautiful. I would recommend Public Service. We will be back
