Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in San Pedro

Zoku is a hidden gem in the South Bay. Every variable used to rate a fine dining experience were 5 stars. The food was superb, plated and prepared with attention and love. Now this sounds unusual, but the preparation of food is an act of love and kindness and deep consideration. The entire wait staff and especially our waitress was so attentive and patient with our questions about each dish. The indigo dyed fabric and color variations were an extremely aesthetically interesting accents. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant, warm and fun which I find in combination a rarity. This is fine food prepared with warm hearts & hands.

We had delicious, perfectly cooked rib eye and filet mignon. Generous and fresh salads with tasty dressings. Excellent service from beginning to end. The Campfire Feast is a great deal for the price. We will be back for more !

The place was nice looking and inviting but way too bright for a dinner date. I felt like I was at lunch. The service was great - bartender and our server. I had to send my steak back as it was waaaaaay over salted and inedible. I didn't like that the chef came out and hand delivered my replacement and repeated several times, oh, so you wanted the low sodium steak?? No, I wanted an appropriately seasoned and edible one. The second steak was delicious and my date was happy with her food. Overall a good experience and I'd return.

Christmas Day brunch was fantastic! Thank you to all the hardworking staff who were so friendly and attentive! You made our holiday so nice. We ate on the patio with our dog and enjoyed the fresh air & gorgeous view. I'm normally am not a fan of chain restaurants so I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience. I hadn't been here in years but we'll definitely be back now. Food was good and the margarita was delicious.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about this place. We needed this place in the Riviera. In the Month of October they are celebrating their one year anniversary, so there are a lot of fun creative specials going on the entire month. Perfect chance to find and taste all their delicious high-grade food. The service is top-notch and the ambience perfection! I love that this is a local family that owns it. The community is really starting to rally around this gem discovering the phenomenal food and great service!
